Southern Trace is a 514 acre residential and private golf development in Shreveport, Louisiana, which includes a 37,000 square foot club house, 18-hole Arthur Hills championship golf course, 6 tennis courts and an Olympic size swimming pool. Soon after opening this golf course it was rated the #1 golf course in Louisiana. The country club was sold to Club Corp and, after several years of development and sales, the remainder of the residential development was sold to another developer.
